"I went here for years and loved the outstanding service and the quality of the work. But several years ago I had an manicurist who complained about the policies and practices of the new owner. A few weeks later, I had a different manicurist who gave me a bad gel manicure, and who wanted to fix it "tomorrow" and I had to insist that it be done then. I haven't been back."

"I am giving them a bad review because the owner tried to get over. I received my pedicure and she stated the polish was dry. By the time I got home, the polish was smashed. I informed her on my next appointment that she would need to do them over due to her negligence and she said ok. At the time of my departure she then wanted to charge me for a polish change/$15 at that.. I had been a loyal customers for moons and obviously my loyalty (coming from Maryland to Virginia) means NOTHING..FAIL"
