"There is a new owner. Price on window for men's haircut clearly states....$10. When I went to pay they told me $13. I pointed to price in the window and was told that was old price that they "did not get a chance to change" the window yet. They did the ole BAIT AND SWITCH! I paid the $13. I did not tip because of their deceptive tactics! Also, I will never go back nor will any of my friends! Bad attitude also. My guess is that they will not be in business long !"
