Mike at Broyles HVACR stood out from the rest by arriving with the technician (Brian) who would handle the installation should we chose to go with their service. They installed a new unit (outdoor + coil) in addition to a new condensate pump and smart thermostat install. Once they completed the install, the technician (Brian) spent time walking me through exactly what they did and answered all of my questions with ease. He even stayed on-site for around 30 minutes after install to just watch the system work and ensure everything was good to go. Before leaving, he also reiterated that we could reach out at any time, providing me with additional comfort about the whole process. "Very impressed with Mike. We were a little late on calling someone to our house (totally my husbands fault, LOL). We needed to talk to someone right away about our exterior ac unit because of other work we were having done. Mike came out the same day! Not everyone can do that! He was honest and gave us advice, most of which I figured he may say. He understood our needs and gave us different options, working late into the evening for us. He had different financing options for us too. He was out the next day to start the work that we needed done right away. Then as soon as we were ready, he came out to complete the job.
