"PetSmart has always had what I needed when I’ve gone there. The store shelves are full, the store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Very good pet store."
"Took about 3 hours which is no biggie. We have a very skittish dog that has been very difficult to groom. Amie did a phenomenal job! Mazie hates her paws being touched but Amie was able to get them all groomed beautifully! Thank you!!"
"Done giving Petsmart Grooming my money. I made an online appointment for my golden, whom I always take for grooming and have no issues. I decided to call to make an appointment around the same time for my lab for a quick nail trim and was told to just bring both dogs in earlier than my set online appointment time. When I walked into the salon I was greeted by huffing, eye rolling and snarky remarks for being "early". I let it slide. Many groomers complained they were just about to go to lunch. They took both dogs back and told me it would be around 4 hours for a cut and bath for my golden and to just wait around for the nail trim on my lab. Five minutes pass by and I was called overhead to pick up. When I returned into the salon I was handed both dogs. I was told by the groomer "I talked with my manager and we can't groom your golden today. We just don't have the time and he won't stand up. You'll have to either cancel or reschedule." Now, if I hadn't heard them all complaining they were hungry and about ready to eat lunch while rolling their eyes at me then maybe I would've believed them. As I was walking out of the store all of the groomers filed out and left to go eat lunch."
"When I bought two mice, I did contract ringworm but the agreement page does say that it's possible I could catch it and the store is not responsible for it. My one mouse did die suddenly at 9 months old, but I still have one. I just bought a Syrian hamster and the person who helped us knew the care requirements. (They are in seperate enclosures)"
"Everything you see in this fish tank (excluding the actual tank) was from Pet Smart including the fish which we’ve had for about a year now. They’ve grown a lot and we keep their water fresh and clean and come to this Pet Smart for the free water testing to make sure that we are taking good care of our fish. You can do the same just skim through my tips below! Fish tips (step by step) 1. You will need to prep your tank before buying fish. It was our initial mistake when we rushed into it and killed our first run of fish. You want to prep your tank by letting good bacteria grow for about a month using the “stability” that you see in my photo below. Read the back of the bottle and use as needed. 2. Petsmarts deals, don’t buy everything for full price. They tend to run deals on the tank decorations. So if you have a boring tank for awhile it’s okay, wait till they have a buy one get the other 50% off deal or some of their clearance deals. And make sure to sign up at the register for rewards because it’s absolutely free just ask. 3. Balance your water and have Pet Smart do the free water test before you buy fish. We probably had our water tested 3+ times before actually buying fish again (we wanted to make sure they wouldn’t just die again) 4. Once you got your fish, make sure that you don’t over feed them. Simply feed them a small amount 1 time a day and they should be fine. It’s worked well for us considering we’ve had our fish for about a year. 5. Clean your take properly. Make sure you are replacing your filters and cleaning out the rocks in the bottom about every month or so. To make your filters last a little longer i suggest cleaning them every week or 2. Just rinse under sink water and use fingers to press out the dirty water. (NO SOAP) 6. Lastly, don’t take the workers suggestions as threats. Listen to them because most of them know what they are taking about."
