"On 12/13/2023 at 14:09:33 pm, I returned my entire order after being overcharged for a $2.00 hand towel because no worker would do a price check and correct the issue. They would not remove the incorrect price of over $12.00 for the tiny hand towel. The store took my original receipt, and gave me a slip stating I was reimbursed $43.12 for all the items rung up (incorrectly) by the cashier. Anyhow, it was listed as a PENDING transaction by my bank that evening. Yet, after the return, Walmart still charged me, and the transaction went through! Now I have a meeting at my bank tomorrow, have been on the phone and app for over an HOUR with my bank trying to get the charge removed for the items, which I returned to customer service, and it has caused me EXTEME anxiety and emotional distress. My money was taken out of my account although I did immediately return all the items initially rung up within 5 minutes at customer service! Due to this thievery, I will not ever set foot in another Walmart again or purchase from any Walmart store or online ever again. You have permanently lost my business for your poor practice of not returning my money to my debit card when I returned the items back to your store! And, for not pricing your items correctly at checkout to match as stated on the rack!"

"Online Pickup Order was already “finished” when I got to the store, but getting it from the store to the car took over 50 minutes of waiting. At that point just let me come into the store and grab the order. Tried calling to see if that was an option, on hold for another 20 minutes. Didn’t want to leave the spot and end up missing the employee bringing out my order. If it’s an issue of how many people had online orders, restrict the pickup times more or have more employees to fulfill the orders."

"If you’re thinking about doing curbside pickup just don’t, 90% of the time you’ll watch people pull in after you and get their order before you while you sit there for 30+ minutes, this has happened to me on numerous occasions, also they’ll probably lose half of your order which i have also experienced on numerous occasions, this store is an absolute wreck, no one ever seems to know what they’re doing, they also don’t answer the phone most of the time so forget calling and asking if you’ll ever receive your order."

"This location in Boardman is always mass chaos. I went in to return a water bottle from a pickup/shipping order, they told me the system wouldn’t let them return it because my order also had food items? They were able to override it after over a 20 minute wait for three different people to help. Not a huge deal but the store is always a wreck, literally the last place I want to shop hence why I do delivery orders."
