"I took my dog in yesterday because his doctor was not available. They took us into a room and before anyone ever looked at my dog they told me it was going to be 742.00??? they took the dog to a separate room (which i wasnt allowed to go) to "examine" my dog. came back in 5 minutes later and said nothing was wrong with him. Thank god i didnt pay 742.00 just for them to tell nothing is wrong. I think this is a joke! NEVER AGAIN!!"

"I have been going to them for over a decade. I called at 2pm because my dog became deathly ill. They refused to see my dog when I and most importantly my dog needed them most. I had to pay a ton of money at the emergency vet. They wouldn’t take 5 minutes out of their day to let her go peacefully. She had to travel and pass away as soon as we got to the emergency vet and endure unnecessary pain. This place continues to go downhill through the years. Such a shame. They used to be amazing."

"Had an emergency with my 1 dog. They were super nice and helpful during the emergency. Unfortunately we had to make to decision to put him down, as the injury was to severe for his age. They were super helpfully with that decision and give me time that I need to say goodbye. Sorry for anyone that had an appointment that day and you were held up cause of our emergency."
