"As a former A-Quality customer, I figured that I would give F.H. Furr a go with preventative maintenance on my heating/cooling system. Everything went smoothly with a knowledgeable technician. He noted a few issues and made a recommendation for $2,200 in repairs to a 10 year old heat pump. What bothered me was after agreeing to some of the repairs, he attempted to “up sell” me on a more expensive part. Isn’t the whole point to keep my system operational or is it now becoming like an auto repair shop where they recommend replacing your brand new windshield wipers… Not sure if I will use them again."

"William the plumber was just okay. He took care of the tub spout in my upstairs bathroom but left dirty footprints in my tub and mess on sink and toilet. I asked him to tighten the knob under the tub spout and he said he could not do it without going to my neighbors house since the houses are connected. He also said he looked it up and it suppose to be that way which didn't even sound right. He had my son go upstairs to turn the water on while he tested the switch he installed for the water. If my son wasn't there, who would have done the leg work to turn the water on? I paid a lot of money to get this done and thinking i should have went somewhere else. I even got the yearly plan which wasn't that much difference. Also, William did not even apologize for not showing up to his appointment the day before. Even though I was told by the dispatcher, Orlando he had problems with his truck, William should had at least apologized when he came in. Orlando did apologize several times and after I asked about a discount, he did give me a $75.00 coupon which I was able to use. When I told William that Orlando gave me a $75.00 coupon, he said did he. He didn't seem happy about that. His customer service was not the best. And he needs to work on that."
