"I’m frustrated. Chris was awesome angel is trying to help. I can’t seem to get a call from Chris about a damper problem. Angel told me he called but that is not true. All I want is to discuss this issue and getting nowhere. Obviously there seems to be confusion or lack of communication. I have nothing but good to say about about the cleaning but the follow up is an issue. So sad because I really want to retain Chris I have 5 chimneys to be cleaned annually. The communication issues have me rethinking."

"I've been a customer of Miller's for nearly 10 years, having them clean our heavily used fireplace yearly. During our cleaning last year they identified some issues with wear and age with the chimney. They provided clear pictures identifying the issues and provided recommendations to repair them. I made some requests to modify the plan. Admittedly, I was a little frustrated with how long it took to get an updated quote but it was competitive with others I had received and I appreciated that they gave me a discount for the confusion. I'm very happy with the work performed. Angel in the office was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She worked to order me exactly what I wanted for my home despite the fact that it wasn't a regular product that they carry. James and his crew were very professional and extremely communicative. They left the house and outside work area cleaner than it was when they started and were great about putting down protective layers to protect the flooring. I appreciate a crew and company that values its customers and does what they say they will do. It’s a shame that so many companies don’t do these simple things today. I will continue to recommend and use those that do. We love our new fireplace insert and are happy to have a safe and enjoyable solution to keep us warm in the winter!"

"Great experience with Miller's and the technician Chris who came to clean our wood fireplace for the season. Chris was on time, professional and explained everything he was doing and more importantly, why he was doing it. I know wood fireplaces can cause issues if not maintained and inspected regularly. He cleaned the fireplace and flue and inspected it from top to bottom. Ready for Winter. These guys made it easy at a fair price. Will use again."
