"This company was amazing from start to finish. When calling for an appointment, I was treated kindly, and graciously by the person receiving the calls. When the technicians arrived on the day of my appointment, they were fantastic. As far as service goes, Andrew was incredibly gracious, kind, polite, and personable. But most of all, he was knowledgeable and had tremendous expertise in his work. He told me what he was going to do before he started, he was intentional to put down plenty of coverings to keep my home dust free, and then explained everything he did as he was doing it. He even let me watch the images his camera pulled up. The cleaning went well, and when his camera could not negotiate the turn in my chimney, rather than simply saying he could not move the camera any further, he went the extra mile and went back up on the roof to be able to assure the integrity of my chimney. He did not offer any services that were not needed, and was able to say my chimney was safe. When he noticed the flue having trouble opening easily, he suggested a fix and explained what that would entail should I wish to consider in the future. Afterwards, he cleaned up thoroughly and your would've never known he was here. If Andrew represents the company, this must be some special company, and I am thrilled I went with them. Finally, I must give a shout out to the intern, Josh, who did a great job in assisting Andrew. A great team representing clearly a great company. I recommend them most highly."

"We had a very pleasant experience with Magic Mountain - from the initial call to the office, Andrew coming out to quote, then the installers who did an amazing job. I am horrible with names so will have to update this review after I ask my husband, but the gentlemen who installed went above and beyond! "Couldn't be happier with our experience with Magic Mountain. Andrew, the kindest technician you'll ever meet, initially came out to clean and inspect our existing 32 year old prefab fireplace. He shared very comprehensive photos and videos of the inspection, which revealed stage 3 creosote. Andrew and I talked about replacement options. Understanding my desire for a more effective heating unit, he came to recommended the Osburn Stratford II. Post install and use, I can assure anyone, the heat output is phenomenal. Very polite, careful and communicative teams were involved both in the removal of our existing unit and installation of our new one. The crews are very skilled, professional and keep you informed during the installation process. And I have to give significant credit to the owners. Water damage had been found in our chase structure from a previous issue with a roof installation, and they were courteous, patient and flexible with our installation process while we had those issues addressed. In the end, we have a great new fireplace, with gorgeous veneer, hearth and mantle as well. I'd highly recommend Magic mountain (and Highs Chimney by extension) to anyone.
