Two Guys Chimney Cleaners

"I would give zero stars if it would let me. This is not a legit chimney sweep company. I have called 4 times to ask to speak to a manager and they tell me someone will call and nobody does. They quoted me $99 to clean a chimney, I told them I had three and they scheduled a date. When the guy got here and looked he told me they needed deep cleaned and it would be $499 each but he would give me a deal to do all 3 for $1150 or two for $800. We settled on the two. He took 30 minutes for each chimney, I would have thought a deep cleaning would take a lot longer to do. He even tried to get me to give him a tip. The charge on my card said 'Locksmith' the van he showed up in said 'duct cleaning' yet the phone number is for chimney sweep. The first two times I called to get clarification on what a deep clean is, the technician was the one to call back. I originally thought they had good reviews but then looking closely, all the positive reviews are close together as if they created their own reviews. Do not use this company!"

"I should of been suspicious when all other chimney cleaning services were booked out until mid-December and Two Guys said they could get to my house the following day (Early November). On the phone the price I was quoted was $69 for an inspection, and they could be used towards cleaning of $99/flue. I figured I would proceed as they seemed like a good price. Upon arrival, the van that came was not branded by Two Guys - it was some other vent cleaning firm. The price immediately changed to $299/flue, but they would do both flues for $299. The technician looked at the chimney brush I had used before to clean and told it was superior to his and asked if he could buy it from me. My suspicion grew. The actual chimney cleaning was a disaster. So much dust came into the house. 1/2 way through the technician gave up and I needed to get in and start cleaning the flue and containing the dust. At the end, the price once again changed - $399 for both. I ended up giving him less than that in cash just to get him out of my house as things were much worse off than when he got here. Probably the worst "professional" I have ever had visit my house. Stay as far away from these guys as possible."

"Roman was professional and did a superb job! He even cleaned a little bit of the ash for us that would have been problematic for us to clean up ourselves. He was not here to scam us out of money or repair what wasn’t broken. Honest guy! recommend!"
