"I bought my electric bike here over the summer. No pressure and they answered my questions. Felt good about the shop. The bike stopped working after a month and brought it back to be repaired. Took them a month to finally decide to check the battery which pointed to loose connections. Then another month and a half to finally fix it. Went to pick up the bike and they were not open when their voice message says they are open. They never called me to give any kind of updates nor did they return my calls when I reached out to them. I really regret buying my bike here."

"Vic and EvO took my Redline fixie 29er and turned it into a full-blown on and off-road DC commuter. I came to EvO with an idea but I needed help with basically everything else. This project required installing a new crankset, cassette, hanger, bar-end shifter, and a whole host of other very custom work that fell well outside what most typical bike shops deal with. Vic is a custom bike builder who can do basically everything else you basic bike shop does but better. He even put on a carbon fork for me at a very reasonable price! Again, EvO does everything from custom builds (like building a new bike from an old bike frame) to expert fittings and tune ups. All this at better prices than any bike shop in the area. EvO always has at least one or two demo bikes being built so if you are looking for ideas, Vic and EvO are a great place to start. I can't wait to work on my next big project which I think will be a conversion of my Surly 1x1 into an electric commuter. EvO is demoing a model right now that's sparked my interest."
