"Went in on march 31,2023 to get a tool cart when one of the employees was helping me load a 4 drawer tool cart into the bed of my truck, one of the employees thought it was a good idea to push the cart up the ramp when he did it rolled right into the side of my truck. instead of apologizing he said oops and walked in the store.would not be a big deal besides it is a brand new truck with 2,000 miles. instead of doing anything about it the employees had me fill out an incident report and yet to hear anything back. absolutely disappointed with customer service and actions of the employees"
"One of my favorite tool stores. Always low prices and great deals. Customer service is not great. I walked around for about 15 minutes before I finally went up to an employee for help. Last time I was there I just walked out and went to Home Depot. Not a single employee except cashiers. Where are the managers and the sales reps?"
"One of the few stores that I love So much cool stuff! Such excellent prices! And so far, no issues with quality (except 1 cheap air ratchet, which I half expected). The staff is helpful and it's probably a good thing it's far from my house, or else they would have a larger amount of my limited funds."
