The individual was uncooperative and dismissive when I sought help in navigating the kiosk or in securing an appointment. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a customer. I found it necessary to seek an alternative for my medical needs, resorting to contacting my physician to arrange for my tests to be conducted at Lab Corp."
