"Hi I'm a 1st timer with 2 different appointments 1st one MRI but I had an app't scheduled with another Co. after finding that I could have the 2nd test done with Adventist i changed and R/S the app't. Well, I had the best care at the white Oak office I was helped by front desk Ms Wanda & Ms Sandra these ladies gave me wonderful treatment. The gave me the BEST comfort a 1st timer would need in person as well as over the telephone and the lady that did my mammogram was just as wonderful & the young man who did my MRI very very comforting to my soul. Whenever I need anymore test like radiology I will be back rest assure. Thank You, Judith King"

"Had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, one female employee in specific. I arrived ON TIME to my appointment. Let me give a little background first. I had schedule this appointment back in March for May. First I NEVER received a phone call to confirm my appointment, #2 NO one called to give me preparation instructions, #3 NO one called to inform me that labs had to be done prior to this appointment. Moving forward the day of the exam the woman helping at the front desk was unorganized and just seemed sloppy. She gives me all these forms to sign and complete. Violating HIPPA by not double checking what she was giving me. She handed me another patient’s paperwork with ALL their info SMH and still continued to screw up by giving me paper work that did not pertain to the reason for my exam. Then because this office is so unorganized, I was turned away because I didn’t have any recent labs. Then had the nerve to offer me another appointment two months later. I was furious!!!! About 10 mins later I get a phone call from a really nice nurse (I wish I could remember her name). She says to me she was able to locate labs that I had done recently and that those would be acceptable. Thank God for her due diligence because the sloppy front desk worker and her incompetence would’ve had me waiting another 2 months to get this really important exam done. I hope management reads this review and addresses this issue."

"Jordan at Adventist HealthCare Imaging in Silver Spring is extremely skilled both technically and in interacting with patients. I have bad claustrophobia and needed to get 3 MRIs. Jordan spent time with me before the day of the MRI to help me understand the process and to offer options to make the MRI more comfortable for me. Everything about working with Jordan was the very best of medical care imaging. Should I need another MRI, I would only go here. Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, bright, spacious and convenient. The technology appeared to all be state-of-the-art with the corresponding features that make their use more comfortable. Everything about the process was easy."

"I had a cardiac MRI last 7/18/2022 without contrast. Jordan was the staff who helped me with my procedure. I've never had an MRI before, and after taking care of patients for almost 30 years, I now realize why they request an open MRI if possible.
