The Discount Store

"Store is a cool concept. I had purchased a fairly large item online for instore pickup. The box was large and awkward for me to carry to my car. A nice lady in the store went to ask for assistance from the male owner to help me put my item in my car. She came back and told me he said he was to busy unpacking what they had recieved and he was unavailable to assist. That to me is poor customer service. It would have taken less than a minute for him to help me out. I ended up having to take the item out of its box so I could get it to my car, which I wasn't happy about."
