"Thank You Bel Air Office Depot TSA Pre Check! What a pleasant surprise to find out that I could do my TSA Pre Check application submission at this Office Depot. I am from out of town and always miss office hours at my local airport. I read the reviews about this location and went in ready for an attitude and ya know what?! There was NO Attitude! The team at this store were all very pleasant and my whole process took 20 minutes tops! I promised her I would make my Google review to counter that one star review they received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, which if a small change is made, I surely can make this a 5, was of me having a bad reaction to an air freshener near check out. You may think it's not a big deal. But if you suffer from allergies, asthma, and migraines, you'd fully understand."

"The lady who does the TSA PreCheck isn’t the most welcoming. The closest center for me to do the TSA PreCheck was 1 1/2 hours away which ended up taking my almost two hours because of traffic. I called and let her know I’d be 15 minutes late she said that was fine so I continued the drive in. I got there around 5:20 told me she couldn’t see me which I understand but just was not nice about it at all. I called the TSA PreCheck to reschedule while still in the parking lot. She sent me back in because they had open times to complete application. The lady at Office Depot did my application took 5 minutes but did it with an attitude. Give people a little power/control & it goes to their head. Just be kind to people you never know the day they had."
