"Arrived early for a test and was processed within 10 minutes. Initial contact with reception agent was great. She was friendly, & professional. She addressed all items concerning check in , in a timely manner then directed me to the proper department. At the test department there was minimal wait time then Ann directed me to the test area and performed the necessary test. Ann was courteous, friendly & professional. Great service from Aiello. Highly recommend for medical testinh."

"From my check in, my medical exam to my exit I experienced a level of professionalism, friendliness and genuine interest that every medical facility should offer, but unfortunately doesn't. I was nervous about my 4p exam. But the technician calmed my anxiety. She explained each step of the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and made me feel she genuinely cared. "I had to take my 9 year old son for an ultrasound and arrived before the scheduled appointment. I wasn’t called to the front until 20 minutes after arrival. At that time we went over insurance and I had a question about the amount due. I went ahead and paid so it wouldn’t hold anyone up. I was then told the radiologist said I needed to reschedule. I asked why I was on time and the team lead said because I had insurance problems which I did not. She then said I needed to be back there by 1. I told her how was that possible if I wasn’t called up until 1:15. They refused to see me until 3:40 the last appointment. My son was already nervous and impatient. We sat for over 2 1/2 hours as they purposely made me wait. I was told by front desk staff they were short staff that day which has nothing to do with me or my son the patient and apparently someone needed to leave at 4 so you had to rush anything you needed to discuss. I have contacted the manager who has yet to call me back. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable Patient care. The time it took the team lead to argue with me over this he could have been seen. I will never use them for any imaging services again."

"An office filled with friendly and knowledgeable staff. What will keep me from returning is whoever designed the front area has had no interest in protecting patients privacy. No barriers between employees on the massively long check in counter. I could easily in full view see all of the information and paperwork for the patient beside me on the desk of the person helping them. There needs to be some division between those employees. I don’t have an unrealistic expectation of it being a closed door office but I’d like to at least feel there is some security when I’m handing over all my information. It feels like a place that values how many patients it can see in a day over making sure we as patients have our information protected."
