"The food was excellent (many dietary restrictive options available too), but the service was poor. Waiting for exceptional food is no problem, but our server often didn’t come to communicate with us for 30 minutes at a time. We had to bug someone bussing tables for drink refills and to remind staff of a salad we ordered that didn’t come out. I feel the business needs to address the service issue. No one is complaining about the food, but poor service from the staff on top of the hour or so wait for an entree isn’t acceptable."

"As soon as you walk in you can feel the vibe of a family owned restaurant. The food is a solid 9.5/10. Everything is done from scratch at the restaurant. I’m not giving it a 10/10 because the garlic bread was kind of burnt. Everything else was amazing. The service was incredible and the wine was so good we couldn’t stop drinking it. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert and it was done at the moment and it was unbelievably good. The owner Franco is amazing he was paying attention to the service, food and that we were having a good time, he even was singing."

"We love this place! We stumbled across it one evening looking for a good Italian place in Alexandria. We called ahead, walked in, and were greeted with live music (a gentlemen playing piano and singing classics), and Natasha and staff. We had THE BEST meal. Wine, appetizers (try the Bruschetta), and the best homemade pasta I’ve ever had in my life…. First bite is a bite of Heaven. The atmosphere is intimate, quiet, and cozy.The pasta dishes melt in your mouth - nothing bad on the menu! We love the service, the food, and the environment. My husband and I have made this our new date spot! Highly recommend for quiet date nights and family get togethers or to take visitors in town!"
