"I know the techs and nurses are genuinely caring, but I cannot say the same for some of the doctors. They talk fast and play pal to get you into treatment, but if you have an issue from the treatment you are invalidated. Mowed over like you have no idea what you’re talking about even though it’s YOUR body. I even changed physicians and no one bothered to call me to hear my concerns. Great patient care! I never leave reviews like this but I cannot believe at how uninterested this business is in actually listening to patient experiences. And yes, they’re operating like a big business. I’ll see how the new provider is and pray he’s actually human. Aside from my awful experience with the providers, the nurses and radiation team does a good job taking care of you during treatment, it is a positive environment in that regard."

"I hope you never need their services. If you are a loved one ever does, Maryland Proton treatment center is the place to go! The staff is absolutely wonderful. It's a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff, I cannot say enough. I feel like I gained more family between my infusion nurses and my radiation team. They made this part of my journey so much easier on me. "MPTC has the most amazing staff! THEY made my experience very pleasant from the minute I handed my keys to the valet driver to when he handed them back to me! I always felt comfortable in the treatment rooms, loved having the choice of music, and meeting and getting to know other patients. My breast cancer treatment plan included 4 final "booster" sessions that I had done at my local photon radiation facility. That's when I REALLY realized just HOW special the staff at MPTC are! During those 4 treatments, I felt quite unseen and just the next body to position and treat. I wish I could give MPTC and their staff many more than these 5 stars! THANK YOU for the love, care and compassion!!"

"Our son was treated here last year. The nurses and techs are amazing! So compassionate and caring. Admin seems to have issues, and are unable or unwilling to help. If you want to chance still dealing with billing and record issues after almost a year like us... well, the nurses and anesthesia team are awesome."
