"I wanted to leave this review bc some of the previous reviews weren’t the best. I was already prepared for a wait since they are basically the only outpatient lab service open on a Saturday morning for Hopkins. The kiosk didn’t sign a couple of us in appropriately, but the phlebotomist at the front desk was super helpful and (sincerely) apologetic in checking us in. There were two phlebotomists (front desk and another) and a supervisor (also working)… and considering I was out within 40 min and there were a good 10-12 people in front of me, so the visit itself was good. Edit: it’s now Tuesday and I called to see about my CBC and apparently there wasn’t a pick up on Saturday so some labs could not be run. So yeah, still have to get some labs drawn again, 1 ⭐️ for that! They would have never called me if I didn’t call them."

"I have been getting my lab work done at this lab for years now!! While COVID-19 has caused them to be slow I have always had my lab work completed in a professional and safe manner! The staff are friendly and have conducted themselves well in spite of the stress that many healthcare workers have had to endure due to the pandemic and with the numerous microaggressions."

"The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. The phlebotomist was both personable and gentle. The wait was longer than I would of liked. I arrived at exactly 1200 and left at exactly 1300. My guess is part of the staff were probably at lunch or they are truly understaffed. Neither option reflects badly on the staff themselves who are most likely over worked and underpaid."
