"My second visit to this salon I had a trim (I have a short hair cut) which the stylist used a spray bottle then cut my hair (“this way I won’t need as much product “Again I have short hair) color and highlights (30 minutes) rinsed and washed THEN she told me she needed to add a neutralizer(again I did not get a perm) another 10 minutes my head was burning until she came back (she told me it would be a few minutes) rinsed and washed them again … blow dried my hair did not style and here after 2 and a half hours …..$195 I will never return…it was my worst experience"
