"I have been coming to Quest on Liberty Rd for years for regular lab work every 3-5 months. Despite occasional insurance mixups even though my insurance never changed and my info was was always uploaded beforehand, I have continued at this location for 8 years. No more. Today, I showed up for my scheduled appointment to find the doors locked and a sign on the door that said they’d closed until further notice two days ago and to go to the Westminster location. I’m not sure why a National chain with an online appointment system was unable to notify its patients that their appointments were canceled. Even if the local employees were unable to get into this building or the computer system for some reason, there should be some way for Quest to notify patients other than a typed sign on the door. Unacceptable. I’ll be going elsewhere."
