"I would not recommend working here. The front desk staff are some of the worst people I’ve ever came across. They talk very badly of patients, they talk about their personal business, they even talk about other employees. Don’t even bother to call here because they will put you on hold just to finish their conversation with a co worker. So if you are calling for whatever reason be prepared to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. The only good thing I can say about working here is that you can get free food. Other than that save yourself the trouble and find a way better job with better employees!"
"I have been a patient of Dr Greenway for 7 years now and she is amazing!! I have also seen Dr Udseth and find her to be great as well. The front staff is always very helpful and the nurses are all super sweet too."
"I took my mother in law to the Eldersburg office to get a walk in BP check. Linda was at the front desk. She said that an appointment was needed. I told her that Pat has an appointment in April a few weeks away. I was then told a lie that there was only 2 nurses there. I know some of the 4 nurses I saw there. Finally I told her to leave a message for the Dr to call in more BP meds and she said that she hasn't taken them the BP meds in awhile according to her chart. By then a very nice nurse came to do the BP check on Pat. It was 182 over 92. Very high. The nurse sent a stat message to her doctor. I'm glad my mother in law didn't stroke out. Rotten office."
"Seem to be taken a big dip in the wrong direction. It’s almost impossible to get any questions answered . I really miss Dr.Pallen. She didn’t play around at all ! Like every practice almost post Covid it’s going down hill . I’m actually calling Dr.Billet today to see if he can take me on as a patient . I’ve kinda had enough of Carroll Primary care. I’ve been going there since I was 16 and it was Liberty Medical Center. I see a high difference since Dr.Pallan left . They don’t follow up with labs nor phone calls in a timely fashion nor do they act with any urgency considering their patients . It’s a drag and a flop !!! No thank you too many other doctors around that know how to act with urgency with their patients needs .Do yourself a good and find another place to go . Because this practice isn’t it now ! It used to be but that is a thing in the past ."
"Receptionist is rude and short. I called because i had alarming shortness of breath. The only response was that i could get an appointment on Monday at 8. I inquired about getting a stress test, and she said oh is different, that is a wellness appointment, thats not on Monday. I asked if i should call the ER then. Answer she gave was, well thats up to you. And then she was very happy to just hang up without any more questions. Think about that, i am supposed to be their patient, and i am worried i am having a cardiac event. And who gives a rat tail here. I really needed some advice. I had to google for advice. Went to Carroll County ER and was seen immediately and was very happy with the medical and personal treatment i received there. I have supposedly been a Carroll Primary Care client for several years but i had never really connected with these guys or been impressed with the medical or personal treatment i have received here. Only following up with them now because i haven't yet found another primary care provider. Today i went and complained in person at my follow up appointment and i feel better about the practice, but still very ambivalent about them."
