"Blue Pearl Nails and Spa is the BEST salon in Fredericksburg. Cleanliness? Perfect. Atmosphere? Perfect. Professionalism? Perfect. Services rendered? Perfect. What more is there to say? I get my nails done here every two weeks without fail, and I continue to be impressed with every experience. The salon is beautiful and peaceful. Everything in the salon itself is perfectly clean and beautifully organized. They have all the polish colors and options you could possibly imagine and talented nail technicians who can pretty much replicate anything you ask for! They are professional and punctual with their appointments, too, which is so important. I personally get my nails done by Ooy. She takes her time and care with every nail. I have never left her chair any less than absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous nails! Not only is she incredibly talented and impeccably skilled, but she’s also one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. I adore her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done. I also recently got my eyebrows waxed by Ms. Kim, the owner, who was so kind and professional. She has years of experience and made my eyebrows look amazing. Highly recommend her as well. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a nail salon in Fredericksburg — look no further! "I came to this Nail Spa with my sister to get a french manicure and this quite literally is the worst french manicure and customer service I’ve ever had. My Nail tech had an extremely dry/rude attitude to begin with which was uncomfortable enough. Throughout the entire nail service she kept stopping and going on her phone and even leaving at one point to go on her phone and told me to give her a minute. She didn’t come back for almost five minutes and when she did she was still on her phone. At one point I put my hand under the UV light like she asked and when I did the light turned on and right after she pressed a button and it turned off. I thought that she meant to turn the light off so I didn’t say anything and when she asked me if the light was on I said no to which she replied “okay next time, you need to let me know because it was supposed to be on”. She said it with such a rude attitude as if it was my fault she wasn’t paying enough attention to her job that she didn’t notice. So the experience was bad enough and only to leave and see how badly my nails looked made it that much worse. I called to let them know the situation shortly after and the only thing they said that could be done is if I came back in so they could fix it. I wasn’t never offered a discount let alone a refund. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a call before I left this review but it didn’t get me anywhere. Why would I want to return here for anything after that. $51 for nothing. Don’t waste your money here."
