"I really wanted to give this place another chance since it is the closest to us, but I had my second bad experience there this past weekend. The lady was WAY rough when buffing and shaping my nails. My cuticles were actively bleeding when I left. She went so hard with the nail file that she re opened a cut on my finger and rather than get me a paper towel or some cuticle oil or a band aid she just told me my total and went about her business. I am pretty sure it was the owner who did my nails. Jen. Awful experience and I won’t be going here again"

"Just move in VA. My first visit with Louann, she did an amazing job with my mani dip. The best I have even gotten. Perfectly shape and lasted 3-4 weeks. Her massage was amazing also. So the 2nd visit I made an appointment requesting her specifically for both pedi gel and mani dip. Her foot and hand massage are amazing. My toe nails and fingernails color and shape are perfect! I found my go to place her in VA. The staff and owner are nice and welcoming. They seem to be working together as a team."

"They do a pretty good job. Depending on the tech you get. Definitely recommend Jennifer or Ben. Make an appointment instead of a walk in. But even still they get pretty Busy. Definitely recommend trying to go at a time when they aren't busy. Also been cut a few times but it really just depends on the tech. Also highly recommend Jasmine for eyebrow waxing, she does a great job."

"I never write bad reviews, never. I have been here 4 times and the first 3 times were great. Today, I sat soaking my feet for an hour, they were blue with chemical and pruney by the time they started. She tried to upsell me twice and I was very frustrated. She spent 10 minutes on my feet and it was awful, look like a 5 year old painted them. They should've compensated me for this horrible experience. With all the spas in the area, I won't be coming back here."
