"They’re not walk-in friendly anymore. They gave me an expectation of waiting an hour, for any nail service, yet employees were sitting there doing nothing. They said no more walk-ins after 5:15 (maybe that’s just today, I don’t know) No thanks, I don’t have the luxury of that much flexibility of time. Im totally fine making an appointment, but I never had issues like this before, and this is the second time. *update* Venus Nails is taking me right in :)"
