"This used to be the best vet to go to in the Northern Neck. No longer. We have used them for over 20 years and since Dr. Marstin retired and the new vet came in, care and professionalism are lacking. We continued to go there when we only needed vax; however recently we actually needed vet care. What we were told was incomplete and thankfully we got a second opinion to safeguard our pet. Regretfully, the Warsaw vet became defensive when she was asked to provide a copy of the tests that were performed so they could be shared with the other vet. The vet also did not feel she needed to answer any questions regarding the treatment she was proposing; she was dismissive of any possible knowledge we might have. Do yourself a favor and skip this one if you love your pet."
