"I tried reaching out for an appointment via instagram dm because I had questions about her website. I was very polite in my messages and excited about finding a new nail tech. To no response. I gave it a day, then two, then a couple cuz hey maybe shes just replying by the business day. A week goes by, I try following up because maybe she just didn't see it? Weeks go by again. Left on seen. I was very shocked and disappointed by this treatment and should not be coming from ANY business owner. Out of frustration, I told her she was being mean and then she blocked me. 0 effort and 100% ignorance. My business meant nothing to her, not sure why I was treated this way."

"I just had a spa pedicure at Vicky’s Nail Boutique and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Relaxing soak, leg and foot scrub, moisturizer and very soothing leg and foot massage that included hot stones. While your nails are polished you get paraffin wax heel treatment. I think a very reasonable price for all of the above which is included in the spa pedicure. I was not asked to pay in advance as another reviewer mentioned but I only got a pedicure. I have found many nail salons take payment before a manicure to protect the clients newly painted nails rather than risk a smudge when pulling out payment. When I left it was raining and the owner Vicky kindly cut a large plastic bag for me to hold over myself while running to my car. Will definitely return."

"Rude and rushed, unprofessional, I asked for French tips, I could’ve done it better at home myself and they made me pay before they did nails, felt like I was treated like a criminal- after I saw the end result I understood why they make you pay in advance, so if you don’t like the job done there’s nothing to can do about it. Overall really bad experience."

"I have been going here for almost 4 years and I've never had anything but amazing service and very, very well done gel manis. The nail shaping, cuticle work, and evenness is always 10/10 and sooo precise. I recently went in and wasn't happy with my nails, but when I brought it up Vicky was so kind and helpful and she made it right almost instantly. I absolutely recommend going here, you'll always walk away satisfied!!!"

"I drive about an hour and a half to go to this nail salon. They have amazing prices. Vicky is amazing and will try and accommodate my needs and desires. The inside is so cute and has lots of natural light."
