"DO NOT COME HERE EVER EVER!! the worst place omg. the girl said dip is better and i said okay, she dipped each finger 8 times each and looked like this. after she spent 40 mins on 1 hand she decided to take it all off (soak off) an extra 30 mins. literally the worst! don’t come ever. she wouldn’t even let me speak a word about nothing. i will never come, and i’m not even the one to complain this much"
"I found the Ultra Nail Bar online and booked my appointment using their website. Amy has done my nails for a couple of months now. Every experience from my first one through now has been great. The shop is clean and they still follow COVID protocols. The prices are reasonable for manis and pedis are reasonable. I enjoy the service and the shop."
"Please ask for Lynn! She is a professional and I can see she takes pride in her craft and her customer’s satisfaction. I don’t know have much experience wearing acrylic nails. She lets me know my options and her recommendations each time I have gone. I had my best nail experience with Lynn, unfortunately I had a not so good one with someone else."
"AMY IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my salon in my life. I had Amy as a nail tech and she started off great. I got acrylics with gel polish on my hands and a pedicure with regular polish on my toes. She made one mail shorter than the other on my nails and I didn’t say anything because although she worked really hard, she kept giving me attitude whenever I said anything. I finish the nails and finish the pedicure and wait for my toes to dry. I waited 30 min under the dryer and when I moved my foot, my polish wasn’t dried and it smudged. Amy fixed it and i greatly appreciated her. I waited another 45 min and left. When I got home my toe was smudged AGAIN! I went back to the salon and profusely apologized for coming back in to get my toes fixed. When Aime sees me, she starts yelling at me that it’s my fault that my toe smudged. I told her that it was not her fault at all and I just hope that she could fix it. in front of a customer, she yells “you’re making me look bad” when she said that I was absolutely taken back. I stated multiple times that it wasn’t her fault and for her to say that and then huff and puff and switch languages was beyond disrespectful. She blamed me for not getting gel polish. AND THEN she put gel polish on my nails thinking it was regular polish. When I told her she huffed again and wiped it off and put gel AGAIN on my toes. I was told that this wasn’t going to be charged and she still made me pay. I told her I wanted regular polish since that was the free fix and she put gel and charged me. Save your money. This place is pricey and Amy is disrespectful. I was looking for a new nail salon since I moved into the neighborhood but this place will never get my business again."
