"I will absolutely NOT return to this establishment. The service was for a full set of acrylic nails. In taking off the acrylic, the technician burned my skin with the tool. They assigned another technician who did the same thing again. I was shaking and requested that they use the acetone to remove the acrylic or cut the acrylic off. At no point did they apologize and were going to charge me $25 to take it off using acetone. I was so angry because I felt hopeless on a late Sunday afternoon and had no option but to let them correct the mishaps. After paying $83 with a design, they had the nerve to ask for a tip "what no tip? she was insensitive by laughing. I regret that I didn't red the reviews first!"

"Kristy the owner of Mimi’s nail salon done my nail. Love it. Powder gel!!! She has great customer service, very polite, she knows the job very well, and the house environment is clean the music is great. If you need your nail to be perfect and beautiful come to Kristy. Strongly recommended!!!"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are coming for a basic service, such as a Polish change. They are not good at acrylics, overlays, or dip powder. This nail salon is also not updated with the new trends in the nail industry. If you ask for something, they will offer you something "better," because they can't do what you ask, which will then disappoint you. I asked for an overlay on my regular nails in the style of French. The nail tech suggested gluing a white tip and then an overlay on top because she was too lazy to do the French tip herself. She guaranteed it would look natural. The end results were very sloppy and because she used a fake white tip was not able to straighten up the tip herself. To charge high prices for low quality is not acceptable."

"Do not go to this salon. I walked in with Dip powder requesting dip again and they almost added the wrong chemicals on top of my existing dip by attempting to rush and do a gel/acrylic fill-in, which could have resulted in serious damage. In addition, the tech tore my old dip powder off manually with forceps instead of soaking my nails properly. She also drilled on my nails to the point that one nail was raw. Subsequently, despite me repeatedly explaining and asking to have my nails fixed as they were poorly filed and of varying lengths, the tech did not correct the nails and in fact sucked her teeth multiple times at me. The owner/manager heard all of this and did/said nothing. Once the tech’s next appt arrived, she rushed and didn’t care if I was satisfied. My nails feel gritty, sharp and the lengths and shape don’t match."
