"They ruined my hair and I will never return. I asked for low lights to help transition my grey curly brown hair. I haven’t highlighted my hair in 6years and showed the stylist pictures of what I wanted. She showed me pictures of other clients that I liked. The low lights came out as white lines even after she toned it. It made my hair look more grey and as if I was the bride of Frankenstein or a zebra. When my hair dried, the parts that she bleached were bone straight which looks abnormal in my brown curly hair. They charged me $200 and would not provide a refund so I can get this fixed by real professionals. I am so disappointed with the type of work and will never have this salon touch my or my kids hair. Avoid this place!"

I was surprised to read that one of the comments about this salon is so negative which is unbelievable! There us no way this person got her hair done at this salon! Please remove this awful information to hurt this small business! Fair is fair, how come only you have this problem out of 99% of their customers?
