"I was serviced by Nicolas and it was great! He was patient even with my nails looking like a mess. We made small talk. The results were as expected"
"I've had a great experience here every time. I have seen Kim every month for over a year, and she is phenomenal. Kathy and Michael have done a great job in the past when Kim wasn't available. I would suggest calling ahead and asking when Kim in available!"
"I really wanted to make this my go to salon as its very convenient. However, on several visits, one tech would start my manicure and shortly after would ask me move to a different station. Another client will take my previous seat as they start another service. Doing two manicures at one time is terrible customer service! Today was the last time this will ever happen to me as I will never go again. I sat for 40 mins for a “soak off” while I waited start to finish for my original tech to finish another clients gel mani. I asked multiple times if someone else would be doing my nails and was told to wait, despite being taken first. Only after I got up to leave with foil wrapped fingers in gloves from my well expired soak off, to go elsewhere they resumed my service. Nothing was offered to mend the terrible experience. I came at 2pm and left at 4pm for a dip mani. Unacceptable."
"absolutely worst experience. This lady is inpatient rushes me and did a completely different design from the picture I showed her and to begin with. I asked her multiple times to fix it multiple times she would have an attitude. She is unprofessional and does not know how to do nails."
"I went in for a regular mani-pedi ($50 at the time I’m writing this) and the pedi was fine but it was quite the ordeal to get my mani right. The ironic thing was I didn’t even wanted anything particularly complicated, just regular polish on my natural nails (not a gel, no designs, no fake nails, etc.). I was a walk-in and there were probably two other customers at the time, but all of a sudden there was an influx of people that showed up and the staff were all rushed to get people out as fast as they can so they can free up the seats. It turned into quantity over quality with the manicure. My nails ended up having a ton of bubbles from the top coat being plopped on so fast that I ended up needing it fixed. I went back to my original lady and she wiped off all the polish and started over. Second time around was a rushed job that ended up being too streaky and another staff inspected it and disapproved of it, so this second individual wiped off polish from a few fingers and applied it again. Third person came to check on my polish and thought it was terrible, so they wiped it ALL off and started over. I sat there waiting for it to dry and a fourth person came to inspect it and decided it would look better with one more coat, so she applied that. Overall it took me about 3 hours (and 4 different staff members) just to get a mani-pedi and 2/3 of that time was spent on fixing a regular polish mani. They got frustrated with me and basically said next time I should just go with a gel, albeit me being adamant I just wanted regular polish. I’m glad they fixed it, but I felt like having 4 different people working on a simple mani was incredibly chaotic. The edges of my nails were still a bit messy, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I can because who knows how long it would’ve been if I pointed that out."
