"The WORST EXPERIENCE!! The Manager at this establishment is extremely rude, unaccommodating and prejudice; with no sense of responsibility, ownership or customer service. I made an appointment online weeks ahead and called to make another appointment for my sister at the same time. Upon arrival the manager informed us rudely that he can only accommodate one person and the previous appointment was cancelled by him! To our surprise we asked why? And tried to understand what was going on? Instead we were yelled at, dismissed, and embarrassed! Apparently, it was “our fault” one appointment was cancelled because the same phone number was used to make 2 appointments and 2 individuals, He also had no answer as to why he didn’t call to confirm prior to cancellation? A learning opportunity was missed and instead used to release unwarranted aggression. The appointment issue which really was a misunderstanding became less of an alarm against how crass, and ridiculous this manager’s approach to communication/customer service is. Needless to say I will never spend a cent at this establishment but I have a strong feeling the manager wouldn’t care either way."

"They had time and space. Chatty staff, some of them, and free Vietnamese coffee or such. Massage chairs. Disco lights for the foot bath. Just got plain mani and pedi. A little pricy for what it is but they let us wait out the rain. 75 for mani-pedi."
