"My daughter needed business cards last minute, so the night before, I sent them to Staples for print. The next day I needed to make a change before the cards were to be printed. I called the store at 8a and held for about 10 minutes; after three other calls with no answer, I went to the store and found out they opened at 9a and the hours noted online were inaccurate. Then to learn, the Copy & Print Center associate called in. I needed these cards, and the Tech Support Assistant - Marc, assisted me. This was not his field, and he joked through this learning process. What Marc was not able to do, the GM Ali stepped up and assisted Marc.
