"This place is 100% the WORST furniture place I've ever been to. On top of their terrible customer service, they are also way overpriced compared to other furniture stores who are actually well known and additionally this place will cheat you on its quality. My cousin ordered a whole bedroom furniture set from here, when it came in, the furniture was totally different compared to what we saw and felt in the store. We tried communicating with the general manager and the other manager in the store, but they refused to talk to us. I guess since they already got our money, they don't care anymore about their customer/client. If the owner of this business really cares about staying in business, then we suggest that he changes his staff as well as actually deliver the quality of furniture that the customer asked and paid for. With enough proof on our side, a dispute with my cousin's bank is ongoing for this issue. So, piece of advice to whoever is also unhappy with their experience here, don't settle for cheap furniture that you paid so much for. If they don't try to fix their mistake, then just report it."

"Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I came in here and spoke with Brian, after a few minutes of searching for the furniture I'm looking for, Brian provided me the prices for a bed frame and 1 nightstand ($150 for bed; $88 for nightstand) and with delivery it all totaled to $268 before tax.. came back 2 days later to finalize the order and the other "manager" (as he claims to be) is saying that it is $200 for bed frame and 1 night stand for $99 plus a $143 for delivery... customer service here is non existent. When we were trying to contact Brian to get clarification, he just hung up. I searched up the items that I'm wanting to buy online and they are going for a much cheaper price from Ashley's. Going into this store was such a waste of time and instead of these people being honest, all they want is to up the price when they see that you're wanting to buy a product. Extremely disappointed and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone AT ALL!"

"What you see in the store and what they ship to you is not the same quality. They get there supplies from 7 corner wear house looking furniture store. The sofa bed I bought was changed with a lesser quality and when they shipped to me there a lot of things were missing but I bought a floor sample it shouldn’t miss a thing. I am glad they messed up big time. I have a pretty cture of the furnace I bought and the one they send me this case might ended in court. Mimi"

"If I could give 0 stars I would, don’t buy from this people, the prices are higher than other furniture places, I called less than 24 hours after I made my order to cancel and they refused to cancel which they never told me they had a no cancellation policy they just told me to sign the receipt and then the guy folded the paper and gave it to me!! And when I called to cancel the sales guy threatened me saying that no matter what I do they would still stay out my money because they’re approved to do so!! Most places give you 3 days to cancel your order without any fees but they want to force to stay with something you don’t want anymore since they know how high their prices are. Horrible experience"
