"The biggest issue is they are trying to force clients to use their pharmacy. They do not work with online pet pharmacy's like Chewy. You have to go in and get a paper prescription, if that prescription gets lost they charge you for a new one. It makes everything more complicated. The vet's overall are great. I primarily see Dr. Rue and Dr. Pendley and they always take their time and are really great with my pets."

"We are recently back after following a doctor south who left to be closer to home, but the drive was too much. We always had excellent care in the past and in returning are receiving the same. It’s good to be back in a practice owned by its docs and not reporting to “corporate.” It makes a HUGE difference and we are back to stay with quality care where that is the primary mission. We will support our locally-owned practice for the long-term as they care for our pets."

"Felt very safe and comfortable bringing my fur baby here! I have never had a vet be so detailed oriented and prepared with the incoming records I brought. Props to the front desk staff though because I work in healthcare, and I know a lot of the detailed work falls on them. Hats off to you all for being so thorough with records and transferring to pet desk. Also, Dr. Hanenburg was phenomenal with my doodle Piper. She’s eight years old and has a few issues with allergies that have been unsolved or disregarded over the years; however, I felt listened to, valued, and respected as a voice to my dog who doesn’t have one. I never felt rushed, dismissed, nor devalued as a customer/patient. I’m looking forward to our next appointment with our second dog, Myla. Notice — I only schedule with one dog first to see if it’s a good fit, then I’ll go with the second. This is definitely worth the second visit!
