"Yikes. Bad. Just bad. I know they are under staffed and probably underpaid but the service is absolutely horrific. My most recent nightmare experience consisted of me waiting in the pharmacy car line for 35 plus minutes with my two extremely sick little kids (and no movement in the line- we were the third car in line) and then finally dragging the kids inside only to wait another 30 minutes. Just picture and stressed out exhausted mom with a 5 year old with a 103 degree fever and a crying 3 year old standing inline at a CVS for eternity. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I got an appointment for my wife's vaccination but the person who helped me made a mistake with the location. Yesterday I had my appointment and I heard that a another customer had the same issue. I shared that information with the farmacist and she called me a liar indirectly. CVS shloud give a better training to their employees for customer service."
