FRESH NAILS & DAY SPA

"I debated on writing this review because I've had mixed experiences here but wanted to share in the hopes that more attention will be paid. I have gotten several pedicures here and didn’t have any issues. I recently came to get a full set of acrylic nails done for the first time since my normal nail tech at a different salon is currently unavailable. The experience on this occasion was not great. My nails are different lengths with noticeable issues such as different shapes and imperfections in the application. Throughout my appointment, the nail tech was talking to another tech and appeared to be more focused on the conversation than the service being performed. Normally, I wouldn't mind but this inattention led to her filing my actual skin versus my nail to the point it started bleeding. She realized it after blood was on the file and didn’t offer any kind of supplies to clean the wound. I will admit I should have asked her to stop so I could clean the wound but I didn't want to cause a scene. She continued to file the rest of my nails with my blood on that filer. This does not seem sanitary and it didn't appear that the filers are new for every client (though I can't say that with 100% certainty since i didn't ask). Needless to say I will not be coming back for a manicure and I’m hesitant to come back for pedicures (even though the pedicures were pretty good before)."

"I just got this nails done yesterday afternoon. This is my second visit to this Nail Spa and this 2nd time it was terrible. The lady that did my nail place tips bigger than my actual nail. I asked her to do square rounded and every time I’ll ask her to change something she will say “oh you so nice, calm down and I felt disrespected. I’m pregnant and she touched my belly without asking for permission, at this point not sure is she was being nice or just making fun of the discomfort I felt. The pictures speak for themselves. This nail are terrible and the other technicians did nothing to help her out or fix them. I was so embarrassed of the whole environment that I just asked her to not do anything else because my nails were already sensitive. Please have technicians that know what they are doing! This whole experience was very stressful and it cost money!"

"I have been coming here for 4 years. I have enjoyed pedicures, acrylic and gel nails, waxing services and various services done to my hair. All of the women here are wonderful and give top notch customer service. Their pricing is great and the services rendered are guaranteed to exceed expectations. If you don't believe me, this place is almost always completely packed full whenever you come in. I highly suggest making an appointment for what you're looking for as they can get quite busy. I have been coming to this business for 4 years and these ladies have earned a customer for life. The packed room full of customers on any given day should tell you the quality of work and the loyalty of the customer base this place has earned."

"I came into the store with a reference picture and Nancy went above and beyond my expectations! She was very polite, communicative, and responded whenever I had specifics I wanted to get done. My nail appointment lasted around an hour and 15 mins for the designs I had done. 10/10, excited to come back again!"
