The first initial appointment, she took about half an hour to make sure I was really happy with the outline before she got started - I knew my eyebrows weren't level, but I had no idea they were off that much lol. My second appointment was fantastic as well! For that appointment, we were able to make adjustments based on how the first session faded (expect up to 60% fading no matter where you go!). I've already recommended Zola's to multiple friends and will continue to do so!"
