"I have been going to Ray for years and she helped bring my hair back to life! I always had long hair but after several bad haircuts my hair had stopped growing not long past my shoulders. After continuously going to Ray, my hair is finally close to my lower back again and healthy! She also does blowouts so quick and beautifully- literally no one compares! I needed a quick blowout before my 30th birthday brunch and she kindly squeezed me into her busy schedule and gave me an amazing sleek blowout with curls at the end and volume! Both artists are absolutely incredible so you can't go wrong with either, but I have gone to Balsam since I was 17 years old and would never consider going to someone else. She is excellent at asking the right questions to make sure she brings your vision to life but also makes sure the health of your hair is number one. Her attitude is also so genuine where you feel taken care of from start to finish. Their studio is beautiful, clean and a great places to feel refreshed."
