"Poor quality and overpriced. I wanted a simple regular manicure, and they tried to keep pressuring me into getting a gel because it "lasts longer" even though I said no multiple times. After that, they began to talk to each other, making fun of me, and didn't think I would realize it. The person doing my nails made a mistake on one of them, and didn't realize I could understand he was saying he wasn't going to fix it. They made me pay BEFORE getting my manicure (which was expensive), and did a horrible job. I had come here before, but they really downgraded. Will not be coming here again."

"I have been to this salon a few times since moving to Harford County, thought I found my go to salon. Service was good and prices were reasonable. My visit today was the Worse I have had and because of it I will not be returning as a customer. The entire time of my pedicure and manicure the woman doing my nails talked the entire time to the other people working there, sure seemed the conversation was more important than the customer she was working on. It felt like she rushed to complete what I asked for, messed up a few times on my nails and I had to remind her what I wanted in the middle of her talking to the other workers. That is not good service when all they do is talk amongst each other and it seems like the customer is forgotten. Horrible experience."

"I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about each and every experience I’ve had at Model Nails. I love how they take their time to perfect my nails and toes each and every time me and daughter just pop in. The atmosphere is very calming and their design work is stunning! My daughter still can’t get over how her nails glow in the dark! The most unique part is their pricing. Every time I get my mani/pedi I’m always trying to justify to myself spending the kind of money I was always used to spending, but each and every time they give me the total cost my mouth drops open because I have never had such quality work done as I do here, and the prices? I feel like they undersell their work because seriously, they are all incredible with a great eye for detail and I was used to spending so much more money for nails I would look at and think were just nice. They also perform full spa services and all offer all natural products, as well. Literally a one stop beauty shop that won’t make you feel bad about you pampering yourself after you swipe your debit card :)"

"First two photos are what I received, third is what I asked for. I usually go somewhere else due to having a previous bad experience here, but decided to go here anyways because I was going with someone else. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her to cut down my nails. Never once did I ask her to reshape them. I wanted to keep them coffin, but came out with a deformed rectangular shape. She did not clean up underneath of my nails, she left them looking gross. And she did not give me what I wanted. I am also pretty sure I was over charged because the person I came with paid $73 for a fill and pedicure, and I paid $55 for just a fill. Why was my service only $18 less when I only got one service? I am very unhappy, and this establishment will no longer be receiving my money."
