"Claire's has become a staple in our outings and although a large reason is the adorable merchandise, Anthony is the main reason we go to this Claire's instead of a stand alone store. Everytime we go, he is so friendly and makes my daughter feel like a "VIP". We just went for an ear piercing there and it was fantastic. My daughter is 7 and he did an amazing job of making it fun, painless and it looks perfect. Thank you to Anthony and Ally for making my daughter's memory of her first eat piercing a perfect one."

"Went into Claires just browsing. The manager Ally was so friendly and welcoming. She told me about the incredible Buy 3 Get 3 deal and I couldn’t resist! "Browsing” turned into an $115 shopping spree and I went home with a sparkling new Diamond piercing and a bag full of gifts for the granddaughters! I’ll definitely be back!"

"I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this store! Came in and got a warm greeting from two of the ladies one named Lennae and the other named Ally. Lennae told me about the buy three get three sale and helped me find the earrings I was looking for. Ally answered all the questions that I asked her about bringing my daughter to get her ears pierced. Very helpful and very friendly!"

"Noticed Claire's out of the corner of my eye when entering Walmart. Pleasantly surprised. Nikki was so nice and helpful. The selection was awesome. Picked up a few pretty poly silk dual hair clip / pins and head bands. So nice to see Claire's outside of a mall setting."

"My wife and I went into this location today 12-29 at 1:30 today. We went in to purchase some bows for my daughters. Upon entrance to the store we were not greeted and the staff member was still standing behind the register with two earbuds in her ear and scrolling on her phone the entire time we were present in the store. While we're there she used foul language towards her phone. She was not pleasent and didn't offer help at all. we will not be back to this location as long as this young lady is working there and I will be advising my friends to do the same. I believe Claire's can do much better in forms of staffing."
