"50 $ for nails that weren’t even finished. I asked for a fill in and color change with designs. They couldn’t do the simplest design. He used the electric drill so much he filed all my natural nails down so bad they burned I left without them even painting or adding any top coat and still got charged 50$. Worst customer service ever and some of the worst nails I have ever had done"

"I recently visited this nail salon after calling to inquire about their prices. I was given a specific price over the phone, but to my disappointment, when I arrived and got the services, I was charged significantly more than the quoted price. It was frustrating to be misled about the cost. Clear communication and pricing consistency are essential for customer trust, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of that."

"Let me start off by saying this establishment looks beautiful on the outside and in. However, the customer service is a zero. I went in today @ 9:10 A.M. and the lady asked me to come back @ 9:00 A.M. I informed her it was after 9:00 A.M. She asked the rude man to assist me and he asked me to come back @ 10:00 A.M. I went home and called and asked what time will they open. And the ignorant man told me he was there since 8:30 A.M. then proceeded to ask me where I lived and I informed this person I was there. And after he was rude yet again he hung up on me. With that said this is my second time giving this establishment a chance. I will not say they are racist however, as a person of color I feel like that man did not want to serve me. And that is his God given right, but maybe that man should let folks know what type of clients he wants to service. I will never ever allow my being to go in this place again."

"This man that either works here or owns this establishment is horrible. I went in today @ 9:10 A.M. and the young lady asked me to come back @ 9:00 A.M. I informed the young lady that it's 9:10 A.M. She spoke to the man in the back and they spoke in their language and they asked me to return @ 10:00 A.M. With that said I called @ 9:45 A.M. and asked if they were open. The man said I've been here since 8:00 A.M. and hung up on me. All of this happened 09/15/23. I could not believe how rude and unprofessional this man was. I will never go here again they are not worth my hard earned money at ALL."

"my nails look great, but the service was terrible and i didn’t even end up getting them painted. i have a very hands on job so my nails were quite beat up. i sat down with the nail tech and she immediately told me that my hands were disgusting and i needed to wash them. i had some remaining black gel i couldn’t get off… which was the “dirt” and dirtiness of my nails. i told her the shape i liked (oval) and she told me that my hands were too fat and I needed a coffin shape to slim them down. “old ladies get oval, young people get coffin” and pretty much did what SHE wanted to do. she was also very rough and would hit my hands if i wasn’t holding them right. in the end she told me that my nails already cost $60 and if i wanted them painted it would be way more and that i needed to “save that money” and implied that it would be too expensive for me. had to go home and fix sharp edges and such myself but they look great now. i just felt humiliated sitting in her chair"
