"this was terrible . i asked for a simple acrylic nail removal and the lady was really rude. i asked her to be more gentle and nicer with my nails but she was really rough. she kept going under and accidentally picking off my real nails which hurt and wouldn’t listen to me when i told her it hurt. she was also really rough with one finger on my nails too. now my nails are sensitive and in pain. it was the lady who had short redish hair with glasses and messed up teeth."

"Something has happened because the quality here is not the same. I went there for a pedicure that was done and dry at 11 am. Wore no shoes all day. At 3 pm someone stepped on or something hit my toe and 1/2 my nail polish was falling off. I will not even waste my time going back for a touch up because the same thing happened in Jan. Got nails done in morning and in the afternoon (5 hrs later) I put shoes on and the big toe looked all smooshed and pulled off when I touched it . When I went back I got lectured about not letting nails dry. Apparently in winter you can’t wear shoes the day you get a pedicure all day long. Thought it was a one off visit but apparently not. Maybe they are thinning out bottles to make them last and then applying a million coats?? Feels dry on top but is not underneath hours later. Can’t wait to show my nails off at my event tomorrow morning!"
