"I would avoid using this location for Amazon returns. I used their Amazon return services two weeks ago and my items are no where to be found. No tracking numbers, Amazon has no record of my items being checked in (even with my Staples return receipt), and when I called this location to find my packages, they didn't offer any help."

His excellent customer service will always make the customers of Staples return again and again.
