"I usually don’t do this however I have to speak up. I have been going to this nails shop for about 8 years now and I won’t be going back. I had an appointment with Steve today which sits at booth 11. My encounters with Steve have always been pleasant until today. For once I was able to sat down on time I spite of making appointments regularly. When I first sat down he seemed slightly agitated. I paid it no mind as he was doing my nails exactly how I asked him to. After he was done we went in the back so he could do my pedicure. While he was in the process I noticed that one of my toe nails was crooked. I told him it wasn’t straight and I asked him to fix it. He filed it a little and moved on. However it was still crooked. I asked him again and he began to get upset. So I said to him, it’s still not straight. He looked at me and said, I know my job. I will fix it. So I said I was making sure you were aware because I never had an issue with you before. He said next time don’t make an appointment for me. My response was, you won’t ever get my business again. I’m not sure what the issue was as it was a more customers in there than usual perhaps for the upcoming holiday, if he was pressed for time, rushing or just not in the mood today. However I will not except disrespect especially when I’m paying for a service and it’s not done correctly. So today was the last day I will spend my money there. Best of luck as customer service is just not what it used to be."

"DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON NAILs if you coming for a service only come for eye brows or lashes from Lynn … the customer service of the woman owner and lady who did my nails was terrible, not even willing to accommodate a terrible service. It sucks here and rude, you ask if they can provide a certain look of nails she lied and couldn’t. Just say you don’t know how to do it. What I asked for vs what I got even when I told her the nails are to wide she still didn’t do them right. And when I politely said I’ll just come back for you to fix them I was ignored which was very rude for a paying customer."

"Eric is one of the owners and he always does my nails the way I like them . No complaints . Great atmosphere and the allow appointments so you will not have to wait long . Very satisfied .Tony is also another great nail tech ."

"Came to All Nails for highly recommended lash service. Lashes turned out nicely , Lynn did a good job. Decided to stay for a full set and pedicure, TERRIBLE IDEA. Zero stars. The nail service felt rushed. My coffin shape was inconsistent, lumpy and barely a coffin, more like square. If I wouldn’t have continued to ask her to correct the imperfections I can’t even imagine how they would have turned out. They were still terrible & I honestly just got tired of complaining and asking the nail tech to fix things. The French polish was even worse. Crooked inconsistent & lumpy. Nothing like the very simple picture I showed her. My cuticles looked worse when I left than when i came in. I was hoping my pedicure would be better. Nope. Polish is bleeding into cuticles, not smooth ,etc."
