But the team got him stabilized and well enough to come home. Now we get him healed from his AP and build a bailey chair to get used to our new normal"

"No one wants to ever be at the animal ER but I am sooo incredibly grateful for the superheros that make up this clinic. We took our senior cat who was having trouble breathing and we were greeted by friendly, professional and gentle humans. Even the salt water fish were doing a great job at keeping me calm. Dr. Baynes is the man, and was so incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and patient. He took time to hear all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. I knew right away we were in good hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Seriously. Thank you!"

"Had to lay my 14.5 year old dachshund to rest and the hospital was great and reasonably priced, however the hospital no longer handles the cremation services, not at all the hospital’s fault but getting my dogs cremation figured out was incredibly complicated and expensive, not a lot of options for memorials, the cremation itself was more than the euthanasia, the website is not clear on a lot of their descriptions and instead of adding spots for photos you have to send a completely separate email or print off your own pictures for a $250 urn. I ended up almost paying $1,000 for three urns (Two were “ complimentary” even though I was charged for 1 of the two) not including the bill from the hospital. Waldorf emergency care did a wonderful job with my old girl, very supportive and let’s you spend as much time as you need with your pets but I hope they change the cremation service they work with cause I am not happy with the cremation company. What matters most to me is Dakota had a easy trip over the rainbow bridge in my arms."

"We brought our 2.5yr old boxer there last night due to him living up to his breed's craziness and ate a LOT of peppermint patties. We were worried about bloat. He was throwing up and burping an unholy smell. They took x-rays and bloodwork which showed a very concerning lactate level and a lot of gas. They were prepping him for surgery and then he threw up an impressive amount of peppermint patties. That relieved a lot of the gas build up. They decided to hold off on the surgery and see if fluids, watching him overnight, monitoring his levels, and another x-ray will be enough to avoid surgery. By this morning his lactate level was back to normal and we got to pick him up!! They were wonderful throughout the whole process. Yes you'll have to put down a deposit just in case. Ours was 6k but we were also borderline needing surgery. Totally understandable, especially for an emergency vet. We ended up getting 75% of our deposit back and our boy didn't need to go through opening him up. So regardless of what some people might think, they do not rush to drastic measures if they think there's a chance it's not needed. We appreciate it so much. We had full faith that they would make the right choices for him and they really did. I highly recommend pet insurance! We've had ours since we got him and are shocked, based on his personality, that this is the first time we've had to use it. As for people complaining about payment plans, I've never heard of any vet offering that. There are several other options like care credit that can help with the burden of unexpected pet emergencies. Aside from some explosive diarrhea he's acting like himself again. Thanks so much for taking care of our "piggy!""

"So yesterday morning I woke up my new puppy was unresponsive. So I called this place, they told me on the phone that it would cost $135 for the visit. We got here they immediately took him to the back. So while I’m checking in the woman at the front desk tells me that she’s going to need a $600 deposit. And I’m like you just told me $135 on the phone. She says yes that’s just for him to be seen. Mind you I haven’t even been there 5 minutes. They take me into another room and tell me that my puppy is going to die unless I get treatment and I need to pay $2,000 right now. So I ask about a payment plan they say they don’t do those. So I’m asking if they can please just do anything to help him and basically if I’m not paying them the $2000 they don’t know what to tell me. They weren’t consoling or sympathetic to the fact that my dog is on his way out. Then they have the nerve to tell me I’m refusing service against medical advice. When I am literally sitting here asking if there is ANYTHING they can do to help him he’s a baby. They give me the dog after I pay the $135 and I go in the car and just held him until he passed about 3 hours later. So I called them back and inform them that my dog passed at 1:57pm. They’re telling me about cremating the dog. She tells me that I refused medical care against doctors orders and I get upset because I was asking them to save him but since I only brought the $135 they couldn’t do anything for him. Not even a payment plan. This woman tells me that if they gave everyone a payment plan then they wouldn’t be open. Then I say well no one gave me any suggestions about other locations when that might be cheaper she tells me that what’s the point of that if you say you don’t have the money. I immediately hung the phone up. She needs to be fired talking to people like that. I’m confused why would you be talking to me like that when I just lost my dog. I thought that these people care about animals. All they care about is money. If I could give zero stars I would."
