"Everyone was very helpful !! The animals all looked healthy and were well taken care of! Unfortunately one of the zoomed bulbs I purchased blew immediately when I turned it on. I believe that to be a manufacture issue."

"Waldorf Petco is my fur baby and I favorite place to go !! The staff is very friendly and resourceful for all of your pets need.. They also have a vet that comes there too.. A mobile unit !! All of my fur babies have been cared for from head to paws there.. They have adorable kittens there to be adopted.. Come give those kittens and juvenile kittens a forever home, please.."

"Threw away live meal worms and live calci worms. When called to ask if this is normal policy, they stated no and went in the usual corporate spiel about returned goods or bad goods but never addressed the fact that the worms were very much alive and left to die in both the heat and suffocation underneath the rest of the waste that likely doesn't belong there. The meal worms had started eating each other to try to survive. Maybe that was the confusion in bad. If you don't feed them they will still eat each other."
