"I visited the Walgreens location to pick up a FedEx package. The package contained my medication and the driver delivered it to the wrong area of the store. The store associate, Oluwatobi, went above and beyond to search the entire store to find my package. I truly appreciated his efforts and time. He delivered awesome customer service and I am now a loyal customer of this establishment."

"Pharmacy would not match Good RX price for Walgreens and staff is unnecessarily rude. Not sure why you work in a pharmacy if you’re going to act like simply interacting with customers is a massive inconvenience."

"Just moved to the area from laurel. Was going to the Walgreens in laurel and i never had any issues at the laurel location. Now this largo location i really dislike it. The workers are rude and cold. The Erin chick BEYOND rude she need to be retrained on customer service. The customer service here is just nonexistent. They don’t greet you, if their busy they don’t have the decency to be courteous and say give me a moment/I’ll be right with you: If there is a problem with your prescription you won’t know until you get there to pick up your prescription. Ohhh and it’s not going to be ready when they said it would be. I wouldn’t have a issue with any of these things if the staff moved with empathy and care. This is the health field we shouldn’t leave the pharmacy upset or overwhelmed because of the customer service. We should leave relieved. I will not be returning .i would much rather drive to laurel to get my prescriptions. Addressed issues with pharmacist Justin he was very understanding. The store manager a lady was rude and dismissive. Don’t waste your time."

"The cashier was pleasant but the manager was very rude and dismissive. Wasted 17 minutes of my busy morning and I had to make an extra stop at CVS because Walgreens is unprepared for business. Disappointing."

"Don't fill prescriptions here it's a waste of time. They give you the wrong medication when they have something to give you. They often don't have medications even ones that are filled monthly and won't even call ahead to tell you they don't have it. It's also long wait times. The refrigerators don't even work in the front."
