"I scheduled a wood destroying inspect (WDI) inspection. They outsource to Fogle without telling me. They had my number listed incorrectly so we're calling the wrong person (& didn't email me) with their findings. I had to call them. Finally talked with Fogle and he recommended termidor he for $1800 for a residential home. Get a second opinion."

"the worst company ever, they don’t even tell you the price over the phone instead they make up prices as they go. The technician asked $ 300 upfront without doing any job for me. They have little kids who just got out of high school working for them. please I beg you do not use these unprofessional people for any animal removal. They did not even look for the service i called for but instead made up some lie saying they couldn’t find it."

"Tim is usually our technician and he never disappoints. He goes above and beyond every time! Update: I wrote the above review 10 months ago. We were happy with the service we were receiving when Tim was in charge of our home. Ever since he left the company, our experience from Triangle Home Services have not been the greatest. The lack of communication is the first major problem. We would have an appointment and have always requested a call prior to them arriving- we never received a call and they would show up at our house without notice, we would wait around all day with no given time frame, or they would show up past their quoted time. I have called several times and shared my concerns, but the concerns continued and were ignored. The second concern was that the person doing our service, only baited boxes outside and laid traps when we requested them inside (if we were lucky enough to catch them outside before they left.) There was no looking for areas of where the mice would be coming in, nothing. I have also tried to get into contact with the owner and there was always an excuse such as he’s on vacation or unavailable, or the message is being forwarded to him. I have never heard anything back from him. So, we have made the decision to cancel our service with Triangle Home Services and move forward with another company. I do not recommend this company."

"I had tried to reach someone for over a month about canceling service after moving out of state. Then one day I received an email receipt for services performed at my prior house after the cancellation with bill. I wrote back to email bill immediately disputing this as I had cancelled services prior. Eventually someone responded to an email saying they apologized and I would not be charged. However I saw that the company was continuing to pull payments from my credit card. When I emailed them about this I didn’t hear anything and so I made a claim with my credit card company who also received no response so they refunded me. I will need to see if I am charged again in the future but communication with this company has been difficult at best. Do not recommend."

"We’ve been with Triangle for several years and have always been very happy with their service. They were able to not only eradicate the mice that were invading our home, they were able to help repair the damage the mice did and they did a great job with the work. Travis and Tanner are both great and have always worked with me to get things scheduled and to ensure all pest issues are under control. The technicians are all professional and great, I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. Kacie Anderson reached out to me and I was happy to share my positive experience!"
